Film Brief
Press

Fill in the six stages of the pipeline's make-film workflow. The panel on the right turns your answers into a brief you paste into Claude Code, opened inside your clone of Michael Bishop's animation-pipeline. The form opens with an example; load another or clear it to start your own.

1

Sound

Sound comes first because it is the clock. Every frame is locked to the song's beat grid or the narrator's word timestamps.

Audio
The skill makes 4–7, at most 2 at a time.
Leave rough notes and Claude writes the lyrics and composition plan.
Every fact is verified before scripting.

2

Storyboard

A shot table cut to beats or sung words. Every shot needs an event. List the moments you already see; Claude fills the rest.

One per line. A time is optional, e.g. 0:27 the blink.

3

Look

Look boards and characters come before any shot is built.

Who appears, what they look like, and how they move. Write "none" for pure type and shapes.
Generated imagery and video
The pipeline keeps video models off unless you sign off.
4

Build and review

Scaffold a slate animatic, split the film into sections, build them in parallel, then review in rounds until the notes are polish.
